    1st. Custom Care, LLC is a contract therapy service providing Physical therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech Language Pathology (SLP) services primarily to agencies in the Home Health Care Setting in the DFW Metroplex area and is open for expansion to other counties and cities within the state of Texas commensurate to service demand growth.

    Operator

    1st. Custom Care, LLC is owned and operated by a veteran Physical Therapist with over 25 years of experience from a variety of work settings, from hospital based, sub-acute, out-patient, skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and Home health setting. Currently Mark is pursuing a post-graduate Transitional Doctorate of physical therapy program to align with APTA vision 2020 for clinical care excellence.

    Clinicians

    1st Custom Care, LLC's therapy team of PT, OT and SLPs are carefully selected, mentored, screened and matched to meet our client agencies hiring criteria. Each Clinician is more than adequately equipped in terms of clinical experience and have been delivering quality and dependable care in their respective fields and are ready to be a part of the agency's team to work in achieving patient care and business success.

    Movement specialist

    Regaining one's mobility independence for home and community levels by way of education, therapeutic training and interventions to address multi-factors causing an individual experiencing disability.

    Activities of Daily Living specialist

    Regaining old and/or adapting to new skills to perform everyday activities required to function in their environment thru therapeutic practice and use of functional activities of daily living as interventions.

    Specialist in assessing, diagnosing and establishing treatment in order to restore, adapt and prevent communication and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
